Our villa which is brand new , is a 3 bedroom villa, very private with a large swimming

1.THE VILLA IS JUST 6 KM FROM
Directions to the Villa:
· From Paphos Airport.Drive from Paphos Airport until
you reach a 'T' junction turn right and follow this road over motor way
bridge past petrol station over bridge at dry river bed. Turn left and look
for the sign post for NIKOKLIA (The first village on
the way up to Troodos mountains – Do not enter the village !) follow
this road for about 1 km until you see VASILIAS NIKOKLIS INN on your right. The villa is
situated at the rear of the inn.

Birdwatcher there could be no better place to stay ! You can watch birds at the
Dhiarizos Valley, a few
miles south of Paphos, offer the only real extensive freshwater in Cyprus and
you should see Black Francolin, Woodchat Shrike, Tawny Pipit, Short-toed Lark
and several wheatear species as well as waders, herons, warblers, Kingfisher,
hirundines and, possibly, Little Crake, Baillon's Crake and Masked Shrike.
Black Francolin male: The male Black Francolin is black with white patch on
the cheek, a chestnut collar and white spots on the flanks. The back and
wings are scalloped with shades of golden brown with sub-terminal tawny-buff
bands and pale edges. Tail is black with narrow white or greyish bars. Legs
are reddish-brown to red.
Black Francolin female: The female is mainly brown, but has a chestnut hind
neck. The extent of the white spotting on the flanks varies substantially
across the species' range and the depth of colour of the females similarly
varies. The female has the upper plumage, wings and tail as in the male but
the black is replaced by mottled brown and the brown bars on the lower back
and tail are wider. Female is similar but dull with no cheek patch, and
collar is replaced with a nuchal patch. Head and under parts are buff where
the male shows black. Rump and upper tail coverts light brown.

Swimming pool:
Private swimming pool 5x10 m with 2 ladders, also 6 sun-beds and 6 umbrellas.
We take care about the maintenance and cleaning of the pool every 2-3 days or
when necessary.
2 Bathrooms with W/C:
- The large room has en-suite bathrooms with WC, bath with shower attachment, washbasin.
- A large bathroom is also
available for all quests, including a washing machine.
Bedrooms: There are 3 bedrooms, one has a double bed, the others have twin beds of 3'6'' . A baby cot is also available at the villa. There are 4 Air-Conditioning units for cooling and heating one in each bedroom, plus one at the living room! (Note: A/C are Free of charge!)
Kitchen and Dining room: there is adequate seating for all quests.
A fully equipped kitchen it make the villa more operational.
